We really enjoyed our stay in Orlando. The villa was spacious and very well-equipped. There was a good selection of TV channels. There were plenty of supermarkets and eateries a short drive away.
We could have done with a vacuum cleaner as we stayed for a month and the cleaners only came in before and after our stay.

The location was close to everything. . Nice, clean, comfortable. Loved the pool!! Just what we needed after a long day in the parks. Even spoke to Andy. Very nice, pleasant , and helpful host. Thanks much!

Pool, location, the amount of space. The property owner is very good and dealt with any issues we had promptly.
Rental company hard to get hold of. Had to contact the property owner directly in the end to discuss issues.
Previous holidaymakers left pool deck messy and neglected the bins and the rental company hadn't dealt with this properly.

We enjoyed everything about this vacation home. The private pool was especially lovely for the kids, it was perfect size for us. The only thing we had problems with was there was no access to a vacuum cleaner or Mop bucket to clean up after ourselves. We like to leave places the way we found them to make it easier for owners and the cleaning crew but without these items it made it difficult however we did the best we could. The owners were great with communication when we had questions and even had things at the house for us to borrow or use for out stay, a stroller and pool toys for example that went above and beyond my standards of what was expected. I would recommend this house to friends and family traveling to Florida and would definitely book it again in the future.

Andy's house is spectacular, it has all the necessary comforts to spend your vacations, the neighborhood is super quiet, beautiful and clean, the house is big, clean, and Andy is friendly. I recommend it 100%

The location was perfect for our trip to Dusney. If we go back we will use this house again
I wish they had curtains on the windows in the bedrooms. I like it dark when I sleep.

It was a very beautiful clean home comfortable and cozy to spend time with the family. The price was awesome
The reason I didn't like it because of the fact that I did not read my terms of the lease. My sister came from Miami with her Yorkie dog and she was there for about three and a half hours. The dog never went inside the home she was outside the pool area with a diaper on. I did not know no pets allowed. $75 was taken out of my deposit. I did not see no staff no one came up to me to let me know either about the dog not being allowed there. Besides it was a great place beautiful and comfortable.
