The location was good, the staff was very good.
The food cost for buffet was outrageous. I could not recommend this resort for families because of this.

So much fun to have a savannah view! Great theming.
Bus only transportation. Mobile order at Mara was slower than walk up; kitchen staff were just milling around not filling our order until we went up to the counter. Sanaa was underwhelming for the hype.

I love the decor of the hotel and room. I loved the size of the room and the bed was so comfortable. The tv was large. The balcony was so fun to go out on and see the animals. Shuttle bus drivers were so friendly. No microwave in room so one was delivered
The pool was average. Looked like every other apartment pool Ive seen. Nothing special about it or fun so we passed on swimming. Detailed map would help. Its so big with so many different levels so even following their map is confusing. No microwave.

I could see the animals right out my window on the resort side. The hotel had lots to do right at the resort. The pool was perfect for my grandkids and well monitored

The ambiance and decor was authentic and eye catching. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and spacious. I loved the balcony that overlooked part of the grounds where we were able to see giraffes roaming.
