The staff were so helpful, kind, and welcoming.
There were spots of some type of brown liquid on the walls. The window was unlacked and open when I arrived. Id requested to not be on a ground level and eneded up on a ground level.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this hotel is part of a village with shops and restaurants! My friends traveling with me also appreciated that the staff went out of their way to bring a microwave to our room.
Can’t think of anything negative.

Location is wonderful and the staff was excellent and answering our questions and helping us check in and check out. The ski valet folks were also excellent.
Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work for the weekend while we were there which was problematic since that’s one of the most enjoyable things to do after skiing is sit in the hot tub. Also, there was no soap or shampoo or anything in our room when we checked in and had to ask for it, and ultimately had to go down to the front desk to ask again to get soap.
Also the air conditioning or fan system was incredibly loud and did not workin terms of cutting off or cutting on in the Auto setting, so there was no way to cool our room down except to open the exterior door and turn off the fan. So I would recommend finding a way to get a better heating cooling system.

The reception staff is extremely arrogant. They don't give any information, and you have to ask for everything, When you ask, you are treated badly.
They charged my card twice and said it was a system problem and they couldn't do anything to solve it...
Several employees without hotel uniforms come to clean the room, and you don't know if they are working at the hotel or not.
Every day, we had to ask for towels because they were taken away, and they didn't put another one in their place.
It was a terrible experience.
