Place was on the small side, kitchen not properly stocked, cooktop stove was not friendly, no sheets for sofa bed (had to request)

It is a great location, and being able to use the Snowmass Club was a treat. The room was spacious and clean. Good parking. I would definitely book this property for my next trip to Aspen/Snowmass

We were sold by Booking.com a "premium/Premier" villa. The unit that we were given was the smallest unit, had no balcony or patio, and overlooked the parking lot. I spoke to the local checkin staff and was told that the code that Booking.com sent over was for a basic unit, not a Premier/Premium" unit. I showed my my receipt with Booking to prove my statement. He said he was sorry but what Booking.com authorized my was for the cheapest, most basic room. Although the main property was beautiful, we got the bait and switch from Booking.com.
