Wonderful
Super friendly staff, lovely hot tub/sauna/pool facility, great food, comfortable room (not super fancy but comfy). Very good value.

Value for money.
The receptionist Ms Melinda was not trained enough. She was rude. She said I have no reservation at the hotel. Then she said I have booked only 1 room. She was not able to read the names, reservation number. She wasted a lot of time and created confusion. I had to call the manager Ryan. Ryan was able to investigate and solve the problem for us. Stonebridge could have been a great experience if Melinda had not created the confusion. Melinda doesn’t seem fit for the hotel. Also they don’t clean the rooms everyday.

Well located.
Very hot in the rooms, only got down to 78 degrees with window open at night. Noisy at night, all night, because of the proximity to the street. Busses and cars making noise literally all night long just feet from your window that needs to stay open due to not having air conditioning.

Very clean and accommodating. The shuttle directly outside the main entrance is a definite bonus.
Property only has 1 elevator and it is very slow.

Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room were excellent.
Fire pit and gas barbecues were available for guests
Room was a bit dowdy.

Room was bigger than I thought it would be. It was clean and nice coffee/tea selection.
No air conditioning and the room was pretty hot. Opened window but the room as noisy with all the buses going by with window open. We did order take out from the restaurant, two mediocre burgers for $70. The restaurant was happy to tell us they were not affiliated with the hotel in any way so they could not call our room to tell us the order was ready.

The lobby and pool were very nice.
The staff was subpar and didn’t seem quick to be accommodating. I visited over a holiday weekend so perhaps they were tired but they didn’t make me feel welcome or that they wished to make my stay anything special.

Staff very helpful. Also - they informed us upon check in that because we only had a 2 night stay, we wouldn’t have housekeeping, however, if we need refills or anything, to just let them know. I appreciate that!! Location is perfect in the village
