Very Poor
It looked pretty. Free breakfast they gave to make up for not giving us a refund. Im disabled. Didnt need stairs.
No elevator working.
No pool.
Not restaurant.
No hottub.
Lying supposedly manager Asian girl
Couldnt find our reservation with our reservation number. Didnt listen when we told her 8 times what name it was under.
Would give no refund.
Had to drive 30 minutes back to eat.
Could be great. But lots of people waiting. Slow checkin. Just so sad.

when we checked in around 7pm, the staff at the front desk seems so tired, you could read from his face "go away, don't bother me". toilet flushing was very slow.

Lobby & restaurant were nicely done, and updated. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Rooms in the main lodge were very outdated. I was surprised by how outdated it was for how much we paid.

A very old facility and not a typical Hyatt hotel. Elevator was not working. We had to move our luggages using stairs from 4th floor to 1st floor.

it was a nice location
Im always amazed when a hotel does not have a bell cart. That means they expect their guests to carry everything to their room no matter how heavy it is! The elevator was also out of service.

Elevator not working for my whole stay and I was on 7 th floor. Hotel justifys its rates by boasting about their extra convenience so I expected a discount for no elevator

Location
The pool and hot tub already closed. Personnel indicated its the off-season well thats the status everywhere else but they keep their facilities open. Who doesnt want a hot tub in the fall and winter months.
