Location and amenities
It seems like there could be more maintenance to things like broken jacuzzis and such facilities. The TV service was analog and pretty basic. This could be improved. The vaporizer needs cleaned also.

Very close to the slops
The hotel allowed dogs. There was a dog unaccompanied next door to me. The dog barked all day and all night and they wouldn't do anything about it. My understanding is it was one of the manager's dogs.

The location was fantastic and close to everything including the lifts.
Service was extremely slow. There was no bellman to pick our bags up for 30 mins. Coffee station only had 1 person working in the morning so the line was very long.

Our room was filthy, dusty everywhere. Also, when we got there the front desk attendant informed us we had to pay for parking, what hotel charges for parking???

Big quiet rooms which made it easy to sleep. Good access via shuttle to near town.
Second booking which couldnt be found as booked for a friend so made check in difficult.

Easy access to friends wedding which we attended and had parking for RV for free in lot next door. Easy to access but tricky to understand lifts due to layout.

Big rooms with good bathroom body wash shampoo & conditioner & hair dryer with bath robes. Great gym & nice big sauna.
No breakfast & small kitchen with awkward access to cups, mugs, microwave. No room change of bins even when asked. No free water. Hotel allows dogs so can be noisy if next to a room with dogs.

I paid extra for a view and balcony. The balcony was only large enough for one person to stand. No chair. The view was obstructed by another building. It's not worth the extra cost.

Location
Dismal brown decor. Pool needed cleaning. Hot Tub out of service. Ice machine out of service. No cool option for air con (heat controls only). TV comically old. Check in on 2nd floor. Room keys sensitive (dont put by cell phone). Parking $30 a night - fine, but for the love of tired drivers, re-paint the parking lines so one small car doesnt take four spots

Clean, quiet, comfortable beds. Nice to have restaurant and bar on site. Nice to take care of requests via text. Asked for more coffee pods via text and they were delivered in 5 minutes. Very efficient.
Would have liked to see all charges up front instead of just at check out. A resort fee with added taxes was a surprise
