Wonderful
This hotel isn't big, but it's fantastic. The location is excellent—close to everything yet wonderfully quiet at night. The rooms are lovely, and a real plus is the rooftop pool with a great view of LA. The food is delicious, and the staff are very friendly.
Maybe a small point: a handheld shower head would be handy.

The location is excellent.
The room was good.

The hotel staff were incredible and even gave us free dinner for first awful experience.
I only stayed for one night and got no sleep at all. There was so much noise all night long even when I switched rooms, and then the room I switched to had a broken AC and broken outlets. When I inquired about this at the hotel they were very nice and told me they would refund me if they could but because I booked through booking.com they could not. I followed the staffs advice to inquire with booking.com about the refund and they completely disregarded me about the whole thing. The fact that the person in the room next to me after I switched rooms got her stay refunded by the staff because she booked directly through them frustrated me. Again, the staff did everything they could but booking.com refused to refund me even though the hotel was willing to and wanted to.
