At first, the room felt modernized and nice to land at. I found parking easily, too.
There was a spot of blood on the bedsheet :( and the bed itself felt plasticky & made crinkling noises when I moved. No bedside lamps, either.
In addition to the noise from street traffic, my neighbors played loud music (still audible after wearing good earplugs), and their giggling and other sounds were very audible through the walls. Sadly, I still couldn't sleep comfortably and left the property before sunrise.

We loved how safe it felt with CCTVs around the property and it is fenced and gated with the need of an access card to get into the compound.
The front desk gave us a room which when we were trying to get into was actually occupied already. It was a good thing the guest who was already inside didn't get upset when we were trying to get in.
The sheets smelled clean but had stains.

Nice place, Clean and Secure. Close to Restaurants and stores.
Security lights worked around the curtains. It remained a bit bright in the room all night.
Bath towel was very small and there was no place to hang it in the bathroom to reach it from the shower. No Shampoo.

I messaged the property and they responded within 5-10 min max if I can do early check in he responded yes my early check ins was at 1 with no hesitation and a smile that was welcoming I didn’t know his name but he looked like the manager very welcoming man and honest no hassle everything straight forward check out was easy will stay again

Like everyone else mentioned, the inn was very spacious and clean overall. The staff were nice and helpful. The refrigerator was spacious.
The tv in the room we ultimately stayed in did not have a lot of channel options.
There was no toilet paper, so I had to go down and ask for some. The bedding was stained as well, so I told them about that. They offered to get me clean ones, and I accepted. However, after a while, no one came up with clean ones, so I went down and asked them about it. They instead switched my room, in which the bedding was still stained, but it was a little better. When I wanted to take a shower, I found that towels were stained, so I had to go down again.
Overall, it was a bunch of going up and down that I feel could have been avoided. I feel like they should not use the stained bedding and towels for guests. I have included some pictures.

It was gated so it felt abit more secure in that neighborhood. However we were concerned anb leaving our car in an open carport/lot.
The towels and bedsheets were filthy and stained from other guests use. Disgusting. Everything else in the room seemed adequate.

There was a lock to get onto the property
Comfort was spartan , one towel for two people. No water bottles, no cups, Walls were thin, location was in a more dangerous part of the valley. We called to ask for a second towel, they delivered two the next day. A woman had died in one of the rooms overnight.

I like the gated structure (need a card to enter) and the available parking (covered parking as well). The hotel seems newly remodeled and clean.
The staff was reliable and answered the phone despite it being late.
Both my mattress cover and bedsheets were stained.
There is no bedside lamp. Just harsh main lights.

The only thing that was likable was that the room had been remodeled, and was not old.
- there were no bath towels
- the one towel I did have (the one that goes next to the bathtub) was dirty
- the neighborhood was unkempt, extremely noisy and felt unsafe
- because the neighborhood felt so unsafe, could not go for a run (no gym)
- not only was the neighborhood noisy, I could easily hear conversations through walls on both sides of me and through the ceiling above me. What are the rooms next to me at a person arguing on a phone conversation well end of the evening.
I chose this hotel because of the positive reviews, and it’s proximity to a 5 AM client I had. The reviews seem completely contrived after experiencing this hotel. I have logged hundreds of nights away from home, and this was the worst stay I’ve ever had.
I am going to be requesting a refund… Something I have never done before.

Wonderful
I was impressed by how well managed this property is. The rooms are spartan--except for the mattress and bedding, which were sumptuous.
A truly minor point--there was no glass to take my medicine. Cupped hands did fine!
