Disappointing
The only thing good was the bathrooms had a really nice shower and deep bath in the executive room but thts it
Staff was incredibly rude on the phone when I called from my room I was polite and they acted like I shouldn't be calling at all I had an issue with my ac not working when I got there and some guys fixed it wich was annoying but I didn't mind but the lady in room service told me there was nothing wrong at all very rudely she must be miserable but any ways it got fixed the guys even told me it wasn't working correctly and the lady at the front talked to me like I was stupid and shouldn't have even bothered to get it fixed also there was trash underneath my bed from previous stays I toook pictures as well there was an old Mac and cheese underneath I feel like for the price I paid of the highest room underneath the bed should definitely be clean also the restraunt was so mediocre the food was mediocre the staff were unnatentive to me and my fianve but to ppl in suits they were there immediately I had to get up and ask twice for the check because I was being patient and already waited and checked my watch for 15 minutes after they had taken all my dishes and told them I was ready executive room literally comes with nothing except the bed TV and mini fridge and a high floor level no spa acces no massage or anything like tht just a typical room nothing special. I've stayed at Marriotts with a similar level or better honestly.

Very clean room and facility.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Japanese style bathroom, a big tub and washing space.

Pleasant
The bathtub was honestly the highlight of the room and the main reason I chose this hotel. As much as I have complaints about other aspects of my stay, this tub alone was amazing enough that I would come back just for it. Perfect depth. Tub filled up nice and fast. Good range of temperature on the water.
The on-site restaurant was amazing. Food was delicious and staff was attentive. Also appreciate the grab-and-go mart. Very close to the elevators and convenient for a quick snack / drink.
I like my room cold and the AC did a solid job of cooling down the room without being too noisy.
The hotel is practically right down the road from some great shopping centers / food spots.
The bed wasn't the best. It was too soft for my preference - no support. Sitting down I could feel my body sinking in and hitting the hard base underneath.
The bidet didn't work half the time
The side couch had a few stains.
One of the reading lights by the bed did not work
Not a fan of the lighting set up in general. Certains parts of the room felt too dark even with all the lights on.
As multiple reviews have pointed out, the wifi is awful. Connection is extremely slow. Couldn't even use my personal phone data as the location itself had bad signal.

We liked the balcony and view of Los Angeles skyline. Beds and bath were comfortable and spacious.
Some of the room furnishings were worn, either from heavy use or heavy cleaning.

The bed was very comfortable, the bathtub and bathroom overall were great. The balcony door opens to allow fresh air. The room was spacious.
The in room coffee maker did not work - staff offered a cup of coffee from the restaurant because housekeeping was not yet available. The restaurant was too pricey for me. I eat a light breakfast so $30 for breakfast is not reasonable.
