The front desk staff who checked me in was extremely kind and helpful. The entire property is beautiful. We love how close it was to the airport.

They had free Shuttle to universal Studio and metro bus station. Vibes were good. Guest laundry was $5 that included laundry soap. Beds were nice n comfortable. P
On-site parking was very expensive.$50. It had a apartment kinda look from outside. No microwave. Extra $10 for that.

Beautiful oasis in the middle of a very busy area! We loved our family room with bunk beds for the kids and their own TV. Loved that we could order food by the pool or in the courtyard or restaurant.
The only downside was that the food took FOREVER, poolside or in the onsite restaurant. Continental breakfast pastries were terrible, though burgers, pole bowl, and tacos were great. This place could be AMAZING if they could improve food service.

Location (for Universal, the Hollywood sign), great pool and restaurants on site perfect for a relaxing end of day for the family.
The only thing was the air con units noise and placement in the room meant one person much colder than the rest!

The property had a lovely vibe. The staff were exceptional and always with a welcoming smile. I loved the fact there was a trolley to take you to and from Universal Studios and drop you at the metro as Hollywood was only a stop away. Room was super clean.

the bathroom door was so bad.. had to struggle to open and close. kids could not even move the bathroom door sliding. it had a big issue.
