Location, staff, restaurant
Handicap room wasn’t as accessible as it should be. Should have an additional chair with side arms in the bathroom for sitting after getting out of bathtub/shower. Bathtub a little high for stepping over into even though there was a seat. Should have a side table as sink was a little high and not a lot of room on each side for toiletries, cumbersome when sitting in wheelchair. There was no closet in the handicap room for hanging clothes and bathroom door was really hard to close.

The hotel was really close to the Santa Monica pier, and there was a rail station 5 min walk, which was really comfortable.
The stuff was amazing and kind, the room was big, modern and clean.

I enjoyed the excellent location, especially the proximity to the beach and Santa Monica Pier. The hotel has a lively atmosphere, comfortable accommodations, and a relaxed coastal feel that made the stay enjoyable.
The only area that could use some improvement is that certain facilities like Pool you need to go trough parking garage to access pool which is not ideal, it is also relatively small and somewhat crowded
