Location was fantastic. Staff on check in were lovely. Room had a gorgeous view of Santa Monica. Clean room, everything you need- mini bar was also well priced. Would 100% stay here again.
Nothing - air con was a bit loud but other than that it worked and I would say it was very powerful so not actually anything to improve

Location location location!! Literally right across from Santa Monica beach. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Bikes onsite to rent for a minimal fee in which we took advantage of, so fun!! Room was nice and clean had everything we needed.
The stairs and having to lug our luggage up and down. An elevator would have been a bonus. You do have to pay an additional 30 some dollars a day for parking onsite as well which can be tight.

The garden was small not that they can do anything. The front office and gates need a refresh.
Surprised there were no beach loungers or chairs or parasols available to rent. If you wanted to be on the beach you had to lie on a towel which we found odd.
