The location was conveniently located to the destinations I was planning for. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The downstairs cafe was awesome with great staff for both check in and the café. Food was good.
We also used the jacuzzi which was clean and at a great temperature. Parking was easy and free, felt safe and had no problems.

The hallway isn’t very functional to get to your room. No free breakfast and could be cleaner in the common areas up stairs I was on a high floor (4th) could play a part

I loved the Lobby, Market/Snack area as well that they have elevators of coarse.. Staff was spot on with anything I needed. My toddler loved & slept on the pull out couch very convenient & comfy. We even took a cat nap together on it at aome point as well. Room was also big enough for his play tent. This will be our new go to Hotel !!
They have mini fridges that are set to 2hr time limit then it shuts off. So every 2hrs you have to open & press to turn on.. We went out to Pier 39 & came back the fridge was off then malfunction causing my toddler milk to go bad. HOWEVER the front desk was sweet & gave us a complimentary Orange Juice so he can have something to drink in the meantime.. Maintenance cam to fix it worked again.

Nice, Clean Property. Room was a perfect size for two people.
It stated in our room there was a microwave, which was not there. Downstairs when I ordered Avocado Toast in the morning the guy was very inpatient when I asked questions about other things. (No one was waiting behind me)

Nice decor, cleanliness and quiet (including having carpet on the floors and some upholstery/fabric surfaces to absorb noise). Having a cafe when you need to grab a quick bite and the opportunity to grab good quality coffee when on the go are nice touches. The Bistro Cafe offers tasty sandwiches and burgers.
I also appreciate the ample, free and safe parking.
The advertised Bistro Happy Hour was a bust ;) I arrived to find not a single other guest in the Bistro space ... even during the time I sat and dined in.

My husband disabled, put us in a 2 bd no room him to walk I specified while booking we need disabled room. Was very loud kids playing door bell ditch at night. Our getaway was husband had surgery wanted go somewhere quiet and relax. Following morning woke up at 6 am with neighbors playing loud music. Not a good stay at all.

1. The location
2. The design of the Bar and food court. It was homely and comfortable. And the Customer service from the front desk and the Bar and Food court was good the need a little training.
The outside of the property was clean and presentable.
The entrance was terrible. The doormat was dirty. Had a large stain on it. It looks like the stains could not be removed. They should’ve had a second mat that they could have replace the dirty one! also we were there for two nights and they were still dirty. The elevators had not been vacuumed, not to mention all the smudges and handprints that were on the inside of elevator, the elevators look like they were made of some type of silver metal which just needed to be wiped down and polished a little bit someone should be assigned to take care of them we seen employees that were sitting during a time there were no customers who could have vacuumed the elevator and or wiped down the elevators there are only two elevators, we the customers are thinking If you can’t keep two elevators clean What else is DIRTY, that we can’t see? You need management that is willing to represent you and do what it takes to keep your beautiful hotel presentable.
You are the Marriott! If you need to spend a little more money do what you need to do to be the leader in the hospitality industry. Do it! You want when people hear your name that they KNOW you are the best!

The breakfast was fine. The location was very convenient for our purposes to several locations. Had to ask for towels each day to be replenished but housekeeping was kind about it. Front desk people were very friendly and accommodating
