Booking.com said there was a shuttle service available from OAK airport to the hotel. There has not been a shuttle service for over 5 years according to the hotel. It cost $25 for an Uber.

(2) leaving hotel: signs should be upated, hard to see that you're entering a one way street when leaving Hotel ....very dangerous! More signs to indicate where entering and leaving.

Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly.
I was not able to order food. At first, the webpage with the menu wouldn't load. When it finally did, I called several times to place an order and was sent to a full voicemail box. There were a couple of salads left for purchase downstairs. It would have been nice to know if the kitchen was unavailable so I could have planned accordingly.
