Disappointing
The location was very convenient, the staff was friendly and helpful, and it was very secure and safe.
Our room was a completely different layout than was shown in the picture when we booked the room. The sofa bed was positioned so that opening it up was impossible because a wall was in the way. The bathroom was terrible, the doors didn't slide closed all the way and there were always 2 angles that your roommates could see in through, plus the bathroom wasn't walled off at all so there was nothing to block the noise. There was very little privacy at all. My roommates also told me that the bed was uncomfortable. The hotel didn't tell me at all about the security deposit and I had to ask the staff what the $400 charge during check in was. When I went to check out, the kiosk told me that it wasn't my day to checkout and I had to leave my card keys with security because no other staff was around. Overall the description and pictures online were misleading and the room was uncomfortable, but the staff was helpful and the location was convenient.

I had the loft room and the bed was amazingly comfortable! I have bad hips and usually the best beds bother me!!!! Not this one!!!

I chose the property for value and access to public transportation.

Breakfast very limited / very poor !
They are asking for $75 a night as deposit… this is a lot !!!! I find it ridiculous…
The bed is not that comfortable.
