I requested an ADA room for one of the 2 rooms I booked and the hotel honored it plus the other room was upgraded to the Presidential suite to my pleasant surprise! Thank you. My family and I got together after 7 years (minus my Dad plus my young niece and nephew) for my wedding amidst my mom’s terminal diagnosis. We very much enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Rachel, our concierge, was amazingly kind and helpful! She made us feel at home and welcome, and she went the extra mile to help us find good vegan restaurants. Thank you, Rachel!
We also liked the recreation room quite a bit.
One of the blankets smelled really bad. That said, the staff was wonderful and brought us a new one within 5 minutes.

Location is great, easy to get an Uber, can walk to a lot of attractions and great restaurants. Specious room and shower.
Kitchen appliances need updating, the toaster was not in a good shape. The room had layers of dust on the heaters. Can pay more attention to cleaning and upkeep.

So much room for a family of 4. The shower was HUGE! Very clean
No restaurant. I've never been to a hotel without a restaurant. Homeless people invasion is an understatement outside urinating and freaking out. We felt very unsafe.

Quiet room, central location.
Very pushy sales people. We were lured to a separate lobby desk to pick up our "welcome packet" after check-in. We thought that meant a quick drop by to get a baggie with water and toiletries or something. Instead, the sales people at that desk asked us a lot of leading questions about our stay that we felt were invasive and time-wasting, started to give unsolicited advice on particular attractions / businesses, and then tried to convince us to join a 90-minute (!) presentation for "membership." This isn't the kind of experience we want at a hotel.

Exceptional value for a spacious room in a great central location with a nice view of the Salesforce Tower at night. Staff were friendly and responsive. The room was very quiet and I slept exceptionally well. The elevators are speedy too!
Showing some wear and tear--a stain on a chair, some worn carpet in the halls, a blanket that was stiff. The kitchenette was of limited use given the lack of a cooktop. Given how expensive it is to eat out in San Francisco, I would have liked the option to cook at least one meal while there.

A nice property and good value. Walking distance to Trader Joe’s which was great since restaurant food is extremely expensive + Mayflower Market super close for great sandwiches. Staff very friendly.

I had a wonderful stay! The bed was extremely comfortable, and even the sofa bed provided great rest. Everything was spotless, showing the high standards of cleanliness. The location is very strategic—within walking distance you can easily find shops, supermarkets, and several tourist attractions. On top of that, the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.
