Great location, spacious room.
There was no communication on booking.com possible , although we had some questions in advance. The lady at the reception was also not very talkative… Although that is meant to be a hotel, there is no room service, no cleaning or refill of coffee, toilet paper etc. during the stay. In addition nobody informed us about 10:am check out but knocked on our door and called twice(we left 10:30…)

I requested an ADA room for one of the 2 rooms I booked and the hotel honored it plus the other room was upgraded to the Presidential suite to my pleasant surprise! Thank you. My family and I got together after 7 years (minus my Dad plus my young niece and nephew) for my wedding amidst my mom’s terminal diagnosis. We very much enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Rachel, our concierge, was amazingly kind and helpful! She made us feel at home and welcome, and she went the extra mile to help us find good vegan restaurants. Thank you, Rachel!
We also liked the recreation room quite a bit.
One of the blankets smelled really bad. That said, the staff was wonderful and brought us a new one within 5 minutes.

The room was very clean and spacious. Nice hotel and a very friendly team.
We had just completed a 7 day campervan road trip and needed to wash our clothes. The washer on our floor and the one two floors away kept rinsing rather than spinning so we couldn’t get our soaked clothes dry to wear.

Kitchen appliances need updating, the toaster was not in a good shape. The room had layers of dust on the heaters. Can pay more attention to cleaning and upkeep.
