Clean rooms. Very pretty lobby space
Bad breakfast. Very limited options. Not sure why it was given a good rating. Didn’t even have eggs available. Some mangers at the reception don’t care and are rude (old guy with glasses) . Some are very helpful

Everything.! This is the best place to stay in San Francisco. Safe area. Very very comfortable and clean rooms.
The rooms are big.! The fire place is awesome and the breakfast is lovely

The cutest boutique inn with a great happy hour with wine and snacks such as grapes, crackers and cheese and a well decorated eccentric common area. The room itself was spacious, cute reading nook, cozy armchairs and a fireplace. Carpeted but clean and comfy
The TV was very small and placed in a location where you couldn't comfortably watch it. There was not a lot of space to put toiletry items - I would suggest a small rolling cart that you could put under the sink.
