Well-appointed, modern rooms with plenty of space. Location is great, especially for the Convention Center and anything in SOMA. All the employees I encountered were very friendly.

The room was great and the distance from the hotel to the Moscone Center was in perfect walking distance. I will definitely come back again next year.

I had a convention at the Moscone Center West and I loved the location. Very easy walk from the room to the convention center and no hassle with public transit. We were dropped off at the hotel and didnt need to park a car which made the whole stay a breeze.
I think the light in our room as you walk in (2703) was broken which is a super minor thing. And also the hotel kept placing and releasing holds on my account even after checkout which is a little annoying because I wasnt sure when the room would actually be charged and completed.

The hotel was very nice looking I love the design and upscale feeling of the place. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. The person who checked me in was very helpful and she gave off a good, positive vibe. I wish I had more time to experience dining and the gym!

Next door to Moscone convention center. Nice TV and breakfast menu. Good size closet and enough hangers.
Decor, loud music and weird smell in elevators, lighting strange and too dark in lobby, bar and elevators. In the room, lighting on/off switch location and functions too elaborate to make sense. No proper height chair to work on computer. Shower controls also complicated. Who was the interior decorator???

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, next to conference venue, gym was nice. Thank you for daily credit of $35. Nice bar, good food and drinks. comfortable lounge.
Swimming pool would have been nice. Various different taxes on top of the room fee. Parking is too expensive, sadly I got the wrong information about street parking overnight and received a fine due to overnight cleaning between 2:00 and 3:00.
