The breakfast is really preposterous. You are essentially forced to take it as there is a compulsory credit with the room. $250 for a very average breakfast for 4 is just crazy, and the experience detracts from an overall pretty nice place.

Nice hotel in a very old but quite renovated building. Big choice of breakfast, although only a la carte - and very expensive. Nice and quite location.
Bathrooms look a little tired. Parking is extremely expensive, even more than the usual (expensive) in the area.
The hotel is very good, but as a Ritz it could be even better.

I love that many of the employees remembered my name throughout our stay and were sincerely friendly. They were extremely helpful when I lost my phone, which was quickly found. They all had good tips for maximizing our time and enjoyment. Every single employee went above and beyond to make our trip amazing.
