Great location at the edge of union square, I was able to get to the cable car, walk to tour pick up easily & go shopping

The theme of the room is modern, the bathroom is very nice and spacious.
One of the table light lost an on and off knot, the shower hanger is loosen, the worst part is , there were 2 flies in the room .

The location is excellent. Two blocks from Union Square, eateries and bars close by. Staff very helpful and pleasant!
I found food and drinks a bit expensive, but that was basically the same all over SF.

We enjoyed how close the location was to the trolley, and other fun spots! There were great drinking spots and clubs right down the road.
The area the property is at is not the cleanest and though they accept dogs, it was difficult to find a secure spot to walk and allow our dog to use the restroom. The hotel did not have an area just for this so it complicated things a bit more for our doggy but we managed.
