Central location, friendly staff, nice common area on the roof with coffee/tea & views.
Room view overlooked abandoned building with trash all over. Restaurant on property was waaaayyyy over priced ($50+) after 20% tip for two standard cocktails. Hot tub was extremely small, picture is misleading. Room had dilapidated furniture.

The staff was very friendly and so helpful. The room was large and very clean. Live jazz music on Saturday nights in the restaurant. Central location close to everything we wanted to do.
Parking was high but compared to other hotels it was actually cheaper. The saunas are separate one for men and one for women so I didn't get to enjoy a sauna with my husband.

Room was rather large and had a kitchenette.
Rooms were serviced only every other day. Hotel location itself is not great. Many homeless and overall somehow depressing atmosphere. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and communication was non existent. Creepy experience. I will look somewhere else for my next stay in San Fran.

Very kind and friendly satff. The club is cozy and really nice witha beautiful balcony. Facilities like gym sauna and jacuzzi are a plus, same as the courtesy beverages

The location is best. Powell St. is a block away. The room is spacious, much more so than in most hotels in downtown. Housekeeping is only once in a six-day stay, and each extra housekeeping service costs $50 or so. But you can ask them to change towels and empty trash cans for free. The latter service is as good as (to me even better than) the full housekeeping. There is a refrigerator, a big microwave, a coffee maker, and kitchen utensils. Although there is no electric kettle, you can use the microwave. There is a large working desk, which is good for business travelers.
Note that while the address is Post St., but the entrance is in Mason St. The airport pick up driver did not know it and wandered around the district. There is no central control switch for the lightings in the room. When you go to bed, you have to walk around the room to turn off every switch in the room. However, this was not a big deal.
