Nice hotel, all the staff were friendly and helpful, they serve a continental breakfast and have a great Italian restaurant
The location is congested, there's no parking except for parking decks. No air conditioning

The location is fine, like 5 minutes of walk to the main road in the center.
There was no air conditioning in the room. As for the so-called “free” breakfast, it was hardly a real breakfast. In the entrance hall, you’re expected to sit and eat, but all that’s provided is tea or coffee, some bananas or apples, and a few bagels. There wasn’t a proper dining area—just the lobby, which made it feel uncomfortable and uninviting.

Great location. Near many areas of interest. Cable cars, Chinatown, Pier 39, etc . Good breakfast . Lots of good restaurants nearby.
Seating area in room could have more seats to enjoy area .

The location was convenient, the building historical and the restaurant that was accessible via the hotel offered happy hour.
The bed was extremely small and not at all comfortable and the shower pressure was no more than a mist spray. It would also have been nice to have a fridge in the room.

Romantic hotel in historical colonial style. Nice rooms, very cute bathroom. Amazing Italian restaurant downstairs. Good coffee, tea and water.
The bed could be bigger. Breakfast is served in lobby, where just like two tables and ten places to sit, but you can take it to the room. The breakfast is every day the same, bagels, sweets, yoghurt, fruits.
