Fairly clean and nice to get a glass of wine.
Staff is incompetent and uninterested in helping out. I could not get a receipt for my payment at the property and they have also not sent me one on email despite several prompts.
Breakfast is too much on the sweet side, the fruit of mediocre quality.

The room was spacious and the bay windows brought in great light. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The EO bath products were a nice touch, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
We liked it all!

Very Good
Breakfast delivered at floor level with coffee, bananas and clementines, and croissants.
However, the previous years, there were also muffins and juice, I appreciated a lot, which were no more available during my last stay.
Very kind people at the reception.
The bathtub.
The radiator was noisy. No blackout curtains on the windows.
Very poor choice of TV channels. Not enough space to store clothes. During previous stays there was a chest of drawers.

Nice hotel, great location, nice employees. And the association with Fino restaurant is great.
There was no hook in the bathroom! Where do you put clothes when you're taking a shower? On the floor?
The tub is dangerously slippery. There should be non-skid mat or something.
There is no lamp with a shade. The lighting is harsh. (Before the remodel, the lighting was warm.) There is no end table on one side of the bed. Where do you put your phone/clock etc?

This place was quiet, comfortable, and quaint. We enjoyed learning the history of this building, the very kind and accommodating staff, and the amazing restaurant downstairs. This place was very clean and comfortable. Gave a little AHS vibes (which we loved!). The ease of maneuvering around the building for parking and loading was great. Everything about our stay was superior. We will definitely be back.

The windows in the room were very pretty and the location was nice. We loved that it had a fridge, actually chose this hotel for that.
The bathroom was strange. The gentleman who checked us in wasn’t very pleasant. We had to ask him for ice and he really made us feel like an inconvenience.

This hotel is just on the edge of the popular Union Square area. It was close enough to walk to points of interest, but just out of range of crowds and noise. The staff was especially attentive and friendly.
I was happy with everything.
