The property was nice, the room was big and had a window. The TV was also great. The space was clean. The breakfast was simple but reliable and helped in SF where everything is very expensive. For a stay of a week it was good.
The bathroom sink was rather small and the water pressure was not as strong as I expected--still, both were serviceable enough, this was a minor issue.

The room was a bit small but we spent a lot of time outside the hotel. The location was close to the concert venue so we could walk. It felt pretty safe walking back close to midnight.
I chose this hotel because it advertised included parking. Parking was not included and we parked in a parking garage that all the hotels use. Valet was $60 and the garage was $35. It was a big unplanned expense. The front desk was not helpful and there was a $150 security deposit. There were many hidden expenses with this hotel.

The location is good although parking is expensive.
The bathroom is small and front desk and staff don't give attention to instructions. I advised them not to . Make up the room but make sure to replace the dirty towels and when I came back surprise it's still there.

The hotel is in a great location — within walking distance of Union Square and Powell Street Station, which is convenient both for catching the BART to the airport and for hopping on the iconic Cable Car. The hotel itself is older but well maintained, and the staff were friendly and easy to deal with throughout our stay. One nice touch was the free glass of wine during the 5–6 PM happy hour at the Italian restaurant next door. That said, I wasn’t too impressed by the pizza there — I personally prefer a thinner crust. The restaurant is only open for dinner, so don’t count on it for breakfast.
Breakfast at the hotel is very simple: just a bagel, a sweet muffin, or a donut. It’s a bit of a shame they don’t collaborate with the restaurant next door for breakfast, as there’s not much space to sit and enjoy your meal in the hotel itself. The room was clean and comfortable, but there were a couple of odd design choices. The bathroom shelf above the sink is placed in such a way that you might bump your head when leaning over to brush your teeth (I speak from experience!). Also, the TV in our room was quite small and positioned on a table that was about level with — or even slightly lower than — the bed, which made it a bit awkward to watch from a comfortable angle.

They are very accommodating with my time of arrival and departure. Staff were nice and pleasant. They let me leave my luggage for a couple of hours. Love the tiny spread of pastries they had at the lobby! and the coffee, too.
It's an old hotel, kind of expected the wear and tear. The noise coming from outside since there were homeless people. Also the reason I didn't go out at night. A fridge would have been a plus!

It’s a nice, clean, inexpensive hotel which is ok for a short stay. It's still in a good area, but you can find a lot of zombies and NPCs in the neighboring streets. The breakfast was ok that included muffins, bagels and some fruit. The coffee is available 24/7.
First, they managed to mess up with our reservation. We got a regular king room instead of one with bay windows. Arguing didn’t help since all the rooms were occupied. The staff was polite but not professional. Second, who was the genius who decided to install transparent sliding doors in the restroom? Especially when they were self-opening with gravity.

It is next to a great Italian restaurant.
The accommodation was tiny. The bathroom was a cubicle with shower and toilet squished together. Separate tap out of the cubicle. Not at all like the picture online. There was a small desk with one chair. No couch as in the picture. Very disappointing

Fairly clean and nice to get a glass of wine.
Staff is incompetent and uninterested in helping out. I could not get a receipt for my payment at the property and they have also not sent me one on email despite several prompts. Breakfast is too much on the sweet side, the fruit of mediocre quality.
