Great location, right across from Union Square. I was in a corner room on the 15th floor which was quiet and had a wonderful view of the city and sunrises.
There are still a lot of unhoused people outside. It is better than it was a couple of years ago but still can be a little much when leaving the facility.

Was a bit disappointed with the restaurant, ate there years ago and it was special, not that great this time.

Rooms are very warm and well decorated. Large bathrooms, window seat and a very big room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is a great location just off Union Square and near theater, shopping and dining and China town.

The staff were very friendly and helpful; the room was comfortable and attractive, and spacious enough for one person. The hotel is located near public transport (trains, buses, cable cars and street trolleys) so it was a great base for exploring the city. The complimentary muffins/ pastries for breakfast were a nice addition.
The water pressure in the shower decreased when the temperature was turned up.

Good location close to Union Square with good shopping opportunities and relatively close proximity to public transit. The big downside is that many good shops moved OUT of Union Square.
Our beds were not comfortable. The seemed very old and sagged towards the center. The shower head also did not spray evenly

Location was exactly right for Union Square, shopping, China Town & the cable cars. Restaurant was wonderful, authentic cuisine. Luxurious, quite rooms. The whole staff went above & beyond.
