Refreshingly nice hotel, very professional, friendly, and accomodating staff. I would say this was the nicest hotel experience that I have had for many years, bar none. Great location, well kept, clean and comfortable.

The location, the hospitality of the staff
Felt too expensive for what it was. The bathroom only has an overhead shower, the room doesn’t have enough conveniently located charging points, the breakfast buffet was too limited to qualify as a hotel breakfast, the room vibe was quite low- not enough aesthetic elements or touches, the TV too small too. It was a comfortable stay but just felt too overpriced for the kind of amenities especially compared to other hotels nearby.

I can’t say I really liked anything. It was a serviceable property.
Our room was very small. Great view of the parking garage. The room decor was beige, not even a picture on the wall. It was depressing. The lobby and staff were equally uninspiring.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at Taj Campton Place was truly spectacular, thanks to the remarkable service offered by all the amazing staff. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel special and so well looked after. A huge thank you to Abishek, Kashmiri, both Davids, Shoba, and every member of the team who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The chefs were incredible – they personally came out to greet us and ensured every detail of our dining experience was perfect. The Taj brand shines because of the dedication of its staff, who put their heart into creating such a consistently high standard every single day. We left with beautiful memories and can’t wait to return.

Location was exactly right for Union Square, shopping, China Town & the cable cars. Restaurant was wonderful, authentic cuisine. Luxurious, quite rooms. The whole staff went above & beyond.

Room - Very clean , water was provided (which we usually do not see in hotels in California) Bed was comfortable, Housekeeping was great. They paid attention to little things and left us a plate of chocolates which was a nice touch.
