- good price.
- no space to place your suitcases in the room
- no wardrob or hangings for the clothes
- no day light , windowns must be kept closed all time
- they should improve the served breakfast, including juices, ham, cheeses, eggs... or not to serve at all. TOO weak.

The room was small but adequate for we needed, exceptionally clean. You do need to let the shower run for a bit before as the hot water takes a while to come through.
The area wasnt the nicest but was perfectly located for transport.

Very clean hotel with very clean rooms and really comfortable beds. The staff were all excellent and so friendly and helpful.
The property is just on the outskirts of what has become a rougher area in downtown San Francisco. The hotel was safe and secure but careful going out at night as some sketchy people around.

Separate lounge, bathroom. TV in both lounge and bedroom. Not far from Bart Train. Good basic breakfast. Good value, especially paying on an NZ dollar.

Close to transport and shops. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great value for the cost of the room.
The narrow steps . Lift only allows 2 guests at one time. If you get a front room the noise from the front of building during night can wake you.

Clean room and good AC, the shower was a good size
Rooms quite small, the breakfast room was always crowded, our room had quite a strong smell which was overwhelming
