Nice motel design with potted plants and flower beds throughout the property as well as a pleasant sitting area on the roof deck. The rooms were simple and clean with a coffee maker and mini fridge.
Free first come first serve parking (for small to medium size vehicles) and street parking within walking distance. Great neighborhood with tons of restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping.

Location, affordability, friendly service, very comfortable bed and room.
TV didn’t work very well. Volume button was unable to be changed and channels wouldn’t always change. An error message in a different language came on screen and I gave up trying to use it.
Also, on second night a warning sound activated about carbon monoxide levels high so I switched off heater and called the manager of hotel to inform him.

Fantastic location, very comfortable, and the hotel staff were so nice and helpful. Helped us park in their parking lot. It's in a great part of San Francisco, with many great restaurants walking distance, for a good price. Highly recommend anyone staying there.

Very nice 3rd floor room by the terrace. Beautifully redone bedroom and bath. Great inside parking. Nice managers. Fun walkable neighborhood with great restaurants and shops.

Location.
Staff/Management is rude. Housekeeping using my personal things and eating lunch in my room. No shower curtain. Stinky and dirty.

The room was very nice and modern.The front office staff was friendly and helpful.
The free parking was terrible. Yes we were able to park for free, but the lot was so small. It said compact cars but did anybody pay attention to that. Of course not. Huge trucks, large vans all parked there.But it was free which was great.
