Location was great and very friendly staff. The afternoon wine and snacks was fab and the breakfast was what it was -if you want more you can go elsewhere but it suited us!

Continental breakfast was good. Wine and snacks in the evening was an especially nice perk. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. Location perfect for visiting Golden Gate Park. Beautiful Victorian hotel, clean and quiet
A coffee maker, safe and a mini refrigerator in room would have been appreciated.

I think the room could have included a mini fridge and a microwave. I also think a vending machine on site would be nice. But other than that the room was comfortable and I liked the decor.

It had an old town charm, and it was in a nice location next to the park.
There are old floor heaters in the rooms which made it difficult to find a desired temperature. You’re either extremely warm or too cold. Make sure to ask how to use them when you check in. My “Deluxe King” room was tiny but it was sufficient for our trip.

We stayed here for an appointment at UCSF medical center (within walking idstance). Super convenient. Hotel was clean, easy, and quite comfortable.

The hotel is very nicely situated beside Golden Gate Park. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The suite was spacious with a large dining area and separate kitchen.
The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and they provide some complimentary snacks!
The breakfast and wine hour were both lovely.
I had some difficulty getting a receipt, but this has now been provided.
There were a fair number of stairs to go up and down to get to our suite, which was challenging with a stroller, but the front desk attendant did help with our luggage which was very kind.
It was a bit difficult to get the temperature controls right with just baseboard heaters in each room. The room with the pull out couch (the living room) had no door, so that was not ideal for sound transfer.

Great location. Quiet. Very clean. Staff pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast could have offered better warm food.
Staff in the dining room was pleasant however the trash should be taken out during service because by 10 it was over flowing.
