The location is fantastic. I loved the room. It was modern, spacious, clean, and bright. I really liked the bed and pillows, too. Views from the room were great, I could see cable cars going up and down. The gym was also good with a small but good selection of cardio machines and weights. The staff was super nice and efficient.
Elevators. This part was a nightmare, and it's the only reason I can't give 10 out of 10. There was only 1 elevator working waiting time for which was very long. When the second one started working, it often would skip floors that were pressed on and would travel to random floors it chose itself. We sometimes had to use service elevator, which took a while too and wouldn't go to all floors.

Location was excellent and bed super comfortable. The welcome of cake and prosecco for our honeymoon was a lovely touch.
Only feedback is that the windows are not double glazed and it was noisy through the night whenever cars drive over the cable car lines. I wasn't expecting to be able to hear them (most hotels have thick windows!)

The location. Some aspects of the building itself. The people who work at the hotel are very helpful. Overall, it's quite comfortable.
Only one of the elevators was working. The electronic room keys (or even the doors) gave us quite a bit of trouble and had to be repaired. Since there was only one elevator, the waits and walks to the elevators were very long... and we had to move from one floor to another before getting to where we wanted to go. The only parking service was valet parking, and it was much more expensive than the rest of our multi-city trip to California. In short, it's a very nice hotel that deserves more love and attention from its owners, and for the price, it should be in better condition, although the staff does their best to mitigate these shortcomings.

The location of the hotel was really amazing, many tourists came and took photos of the cable train, it was located at the registration point, this hotel is attractive. What did the hotel bring nob hill, the fact that it was right in the center of the region also brought a big advantage.
Although there are three elevators at the main entrance of the hotel, only one of them was working, so the elevators in the other corner of the hotel were being directed, people said in our conversation that the elevators had been broken for a long time and when they repaired them, they broke down again, the elevators were very neglected, that was the only bad point in the hotel.

I paid for this booking at the time of making the booking. I stayed for 4 nights. Upon checking in, I was asked to pay $100 per day as a holding deposit which would be adjusted against any charges that I might incur. I spent about $24 which I charged to my room. When I checked out, I asked about the refund of $376. I was told the balance would be credited to my account within 2 weeks. I have not received the refund. Please follow up with the hotel. Thank you

The position of the hotel on top of Nob Hill was great, the feeling when you enter the building was also really welcoming. Our room was spacious and beds were comfortable and we had a nice view. The staff were all very friendly.
Having only one lift working was annoying. I thought this would have been fixed by the time we visited. I really feel for the staff as we were able to use the staff lift as an option. Also upon arrival I tried to check in using their app but it didn't work so had to line up for about 10 minutes as there was only one person on check in and it was very busy.
