We really like the connecting rooms, and the location is fantastic. The cable car stops are just right down the street.
The valet parking rate is quite high—it costs $75 per night.

The location is perfect, easy to access and the Deluxe room are so comfortable and spacious. Beds are also excellent
Staff was not really welcoming and it took 40 min to get my car from the valet, almost been in trouble to get my flight.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The safe is large and can even fit a computer. The gym is well equipped, clean and has water dispenser and towels.
The buffet breakfast is always the same, not much food options but they accommodated my gluten free requirements. They do not have vegetable milk alternatives. The rooms are spacious and clean, but do not have a kettle. The elevator is old, sometimes bumpy and feels unsafe. The location is on top of a hill, difficult to reach by public transport, but walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The old Lifts, having said that they are upgrading which is fantastic. 1 off the 3 has been replaced and it’s faster and much smoother.

This is a great location and the hotel is clean, comfortable, and good value for money with helpful and attentive staff. I particularly liked the fact that we were able to open the windows in our room and that we were given plenty of water bottles.
