It was conveniently located. The suite was large. The views were amazing.
The way the breakfast was organised was chaotic and I didn't appreciate being nickel and dime and having to upgrade breakfast selections. The sheets could've been clean they didn't smell fresh. The room wasn't cleaned every day.

It was very nice and clean with super helpful staff.
The elevators were terrible. We had family in from out of town all on different floors and I ultimately ended up taking the stairs to each floor which ranged from the 2nd to the 6th. It was terrible. And when the elevators were working they took forever because only 1 elevator worked at a time. And then once you did get on you stopped at each floor. Not great!

The lift needs to be fixed ASAP - lovely big rooms, clean and very clean air-conditioning vent!!!!!
The workers out front are not friendly at all, and didn't give us the time of day upon our arrival, did not even greet us only continued speaking in their Filipino language to each other. But that's ok, we managed to get our bags up to our rooms by ourselves using the SERVICE LIFT.

Closeby to a lot of SF attractions—like Chinatown. Clean space, accommodating staff, has a restaurant attached that you can order food from. The bar is cute and has good drinks. Valet parking is expensive but it always is in SF so pick your battles.
