The parking was very convenient. The location to the wharf was perfect. Breakfast was an Excellent variety, and the cherry on top was the bottled water received at heck in time!

At breakfast, after waiting in a big line, they refused to give us a table for 3 persons, invoking the reason that our child was not with us in the line. The child was at the bathroom! We told them that he was going to come in 5 minutes, but they refused, saying that the restaurant's rules are that the clients have to be all at the same time on the line! NOBODY TOLD US ABOUT THIS RULE!!! NOT AT CHECK-IN, NOT EVEN A SIGN STATING THIS! They made us leave, and we had to stay again in line. When our turn came again, our child was with us. We asked for a tabe for 3, they made us wait 10 minutes! If we count the line twice, 5 min x 2 = another 10 min. The staff was useless in solving the issue. We told them we paid for 3 at breakfast, we want a table of 3! We could have spared 10 minutes of waiting. Not to mention the bad treatment. Never again at this place!

The location was great. The room was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful!
The A/C was terrible. We started by setting the wall control. Over and over but it appeared to not control the temperature . So we turned on the unit under the windows and it was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. It was not the restful night that we wanted.
