General location / part of the city. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Check in was easy. The hotel is easy to find.
It's a well-maintained but still pretty dated hotel / motel. So, don't expect anything extraordinary. It's quite noisy (Lombard street traffic if you want to keep your windows open even if you room is not immediately on Lombard). But the windows are sound proof os you can shut them and use the A/C for air.

The check-in and check out were easy and fast. The parking was in front of the room. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
There was a very bright light that would enter the room at night. Was not a problem for us but I can see that it could be for others.

Location was central to most things we wanted to see in San Francisco. The staff were friendly. Price was good for what we got.
The room was quite dark, no windows in the bathroom but this was just preference as we didn't spend much time in the room.

Just stayed one night here, coming from Lake Tahoe before heading to SFO. Beds were comfortable. The shower has a little trick to it — the front desk explained it, but it still took a moment to figure out. The window isn’t fully blackout, but it wasn’t a big deal. The coffee machine in the room was good.
