The room was good & great location. The office staff was exceptional as we encountered arrival delays beyond our control but they received us well & were able to rest after an extremely long haul inbound trip. Subsequently, they were quick to respond to the call for assistance to get the appliance working. In all, very pleased with our stay. Thank you!

everything was great. Clean, comfortable, convenient, great location and felt safe.
Only complaints would be horrible parking and both times iv stated there, the ice machine has not been fixed. They put an ice chest filled with ice next to the ice machine for everyone to use. NOT sanitary!

The internet is ok and we did not experience any serious problems. But downloading of software like North VPN was difficult. The WIFI is ok but it needs a little consolidation

I had a very comfortable room with a good bed. TV worked well. I like the fact they have a refrigerator/ microwave plus the room was clean and a good shower
WIFI was terrible… I basically couldn’t access anything on my device. They need to upgrade their Wi-Fi or fix it because it’s very frustrating. don’t try parking here if you have an SUV or pick up truck it’s very tight.
