Location was fine.
I asked for a first floor room because we are seniors and they gave us an upstairs room. The stairs were dark, dirty, and scary looking. So this is now on my list of places not to go to on Lombard Street, because we frequently stay in the Marina District.

Location was fine. It's right next to a bar called "The Leaky Cauldron" so tons of young people were getting dropped off to check it out, having grown up on Harry Potter. Didn't bother me but something to think about.
The free parking is extremely narrow and difficult to maneuver into, basically two alleyways you have to back out of into the street or back into. I also asked for a first floor room because we are seniors and they gave us an upstairs room. The stairs were dark, dirty, and scary looking. So this is now on my list of places not to go to on Lombard Street.

I liked that the staff was nice. They don't bother you after you check in. And they accommodated my service pet last min. I truly appreciated that
I think the rooms could have been more clean and updated. But overall it was a very decent stay and if needed i would stay again.

Excellent property for this price. Clean and quiet. Close to the store and golden gate view. Employees are welcome and smiling. I will recommend SeaSide for people with low budget.
