Decent location near Alcatraz. Double bed.
It was quite expensive but perhaps that's a San Francisco problem. Also there was barely any space in the room.

Very well located. Near bus stops and within walking distance of bars, restaurants and shops. Handy bike rental shop just few doors down. Great to have air conditioning in the room as there were quite a few hot days during our stay. Beds were comfortable and was quite quiet despite being near a main road. Great to have use of a microwave and fridge in the room.
Nothing. Only suggestion I would make is to have few welcome bottles of water on arrival.

Great location, we got there early in the morning, we could leave our luggage, and come back in the afternoon for our room, earlier than we thought

Really close to Fort Mason which is a good place to be for fleet week.

Very Clean room, good location, check in and out very easy. Room service was great, bed was comfortable.

This small motel is very good for what it is, that is if you're searching for reasonably priced accommodation with free parking in an expensive city, this is a very good option. While there's no pool, restaurant, etc, everything there is worked great for us.

Location. Has a bus 28 stop nearby. Walkable distance, around 30mins, to some tourist spots. Feel safe in the neighborhood.
Extra charge 20 dollars in cash for early check in; luggage storage is not sufficient. I read some feedbacks which mentioned that the luggage storage service is available. I should have clarified with the host directly in advance. When we arrived around 11am, they claim that the luggage storage space is full by 4 suitcase. So, I have 2 choices, go somewhere with my luggages or pay 20 dollars in cash for early check in.

The beds were comfortable, the shower and bathroom were clean.
There was a damp smell in the room. We needed to keep the windows open to aerate the room. I wouldve asked for another room but there was no vacancy. The bathroom sink had cracks in it. It is definitely a budget hotel but with some minor renovations it would easily be able to charge more per night.
