Pleasant
Location of the hotel on lombard street and quite close to the marina. Room is confortable and well provided
Room is a little bit small, air conditionning was a little bit noisy, outside of the hotel is not as clean as on the photos

Our room was dirty and to our horror we found a bed bug running under the cover! Apparently there was another one… after we complained and they took the mattress out we saw it outside near the trash cans there was another dead bed bug on it. They replaced it with another mattress but by then we were so grossed out we prayed we were not bringing home bed bugs eggs we tried to stayed out of the room as much as was possible but due to our busy schedule with families events we had no time to move to a another hotel.
After our complaints through booking.com, the property would not give us a full refund, but agreed to pay for the value of one night $206 which we are still waiting for it.

Staff was rude when it was past check in time and our room wasn’t ready after they already checked us in and wanted us to wait 30 minutes. But when we showed that we were mad to the manager then he eventually gave us a new room after we already waited 20 minutes. He also rolled his eyes at us when we asked for compensation.

Disappointed with the whole stay.
The parking was very tight, you could not get out unless you backed out. Only one way in.
I was literally chewed up by bedbugs and have video of one crawling on my pillow..and photos, of the bugs and my bites.
I have bites on my cheek, my forehead, right shoulder, right fingers and forearm. I don't have enough room on this site for more photos. But I demand a refund as I did not get much sleep, and have been traveling from Georgia by way of my car. I didn't expect to have welts on me during my visits with family and friends.

They have a poster at the reception desk - clean and comfy beds - and it's very true! I enjoyed my stay here with friends from work. There is a small parking right in front of the rooms. It has a decent location too. Reasonable price and positive reviews drawn us here - at it totally lived up to our expectations.
While you could point small shortcomings at virtually any location, keep in mind parking here is rather compact, both in terms of no of places and it's dimensions. However, for us, we had a space available at all attempts.

We appreciated the convenience of how close Seaside Inn was to Pier 39. It was within a reasonable driving distance to many of San Francisco’s most popular landmarks. The free parking and air conditioning were decent conveniences that made our stay more comfortable.
The hotel offers free parking, but it’s first come, first served, and the lot is very small and tight. It can be especially challenging for larger vehicles or SUVs like mine to park. There was also a small stain on the bed sheet when we first arrived, which was a little disappointing. There weren’t any notable amenities besides the air conditioning, an outdated TV, and the limited parking situation. I was nervous about hitting another car and even had to drive up onto the sidewalk just to fit my vehicle into a space.

Wonderful
Excellent location near San Francisco Bay. Close to a busy avenue and yet quiet room for relaxation. The reception desk on the corner helps to feel safe when arriving in the evening. The receptionist was very helpful and allowed us to fully spend our last day in San Francisco. Many thanks to that good man!
