Not my first time staying there, and they are getting better over time! Perfect location, right on the beach, close to public transport, helpful staff, nice room, comfy beds
A bit far from the city center, but you get quiet streets and peaceful nights instead!

The room was big and bright and clean. The TV was large. I liked the shutters, even though there was no view when you opened them - it was a classy way to brighten the room. The room was better and bigger than expected. The motel is mere steps away from the beach, and there is a coffee shop right next door.
There was no elevator, so I had to carry my suitcase up to the 3rd floor. The walls are a bit thin, so its easy to hear what your neighbors are watching on TV.

Was in a great location besides the noise from muni
Was put in a room right next to muni could not get a good night sleep. Also on Booking.com it said 1 free parking spot but when I showed up it was first come first serve and wasn’t being monitored so I noticed the neighborhood was also parking there. I couldn’t find parking anywhere around it either.

The location was excellent. We were right next to the beach. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Parking was free and right next to our room. We had free WiFi. There was a small kitchenette with a full size fridge.
It was a bit noisy at night.

Great location! The beach is pretty much across the street! Cute neighborhood! A few restaurants and a surf vibe. The room was clean, had a huge TV and free parking in SF is a life saver!
My room was on the main street and I could here the trollies all night. Request a room in the back of the hotel if you're a light sleeper.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was extremely clean, including the washroom, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect—just a few steps from the beach, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the bright and well-lit parking lot with plenty of lights, which made it feel very safe even at night, something that is not always common in San Francisco. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit San Francisco!

We were able to check in a little earlier and there was ample parking at 3pm. The hotel is located to a good coffee shop and also the turn around for the tram to SF. The sand dunes were literally across the Great Highway, so we enjoyed walking along the beach and then through the nearby Golden Gate Park and restaurants in that area. The vibe around the hotel was very different from the city - surfers and more relaxed.
I did hear the trams during the night - but no traffic and I didn't hear any neighbors.
