Wonderful
Everyone we met were extremely nice and accommodating. The hotel was in the perfect place for what we needed to do.
Not really. The only stressful thing was they were resurfacing the parking lot and we had to park on the street away from our room. I didnt want to drive anywhere because I didnt want to lose my parking spot because there wasnt anywhere to go!

This is nearly always our go to when we go to the bay area. Safe suburban area. Far away enough from tourists yet walking distance to attractions if you have guests to show the area around. Walking distance to good restaurants. just across the road from a national park =) you wont get bored!

The staff was really friendly.
The location.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
The breakfast was good. We had toasts, hard boiled egg, yogurt, cereals, fruits.
The shower head had a great pressure and it was easy to clean ourselves.
I love the shampoo, conditioner and soap, good quality products.
The bed and the main surfaces were clean, but the rest of the room was dirty. The shower, the lamps, the bottom of the walls and the windows were dirty.
The lightning in the room was not optimal and it was dark.
We were hearing all the other guests and the noice from the street.

It was a beautiful location really close to the race for the Golden Gate halfs Marathon. I am very accessible to other restaurants and the buses so we can see the town of San Francisco.
Just a little outdated in some places. The paint was kind of old on the walls. But otherwise it was really good. It just needs a few updates.

The staff members are wonderful. They are very welcoming and kind. I was able to store my luggage there before check-in. There is free parking on site and it felt secure. We arrived around noon on a weekday and there were plenty of parking spots. The location is great, right across from the Presidio and close to Palace of Fine Arts. Close to bus stops that take you to Fisherman's Wharf. The beds were comfortable.
The room and bathroom was a bit small and outdated. The two queen bed room was enough for two people but I think a bit too small to accommodate 4 people. The TV was a bit complicated to figure out, so instructions would have been nice. It wasn't a big deal since we were only there for one night.

The customer service was beyond exceptional. Wonderful staff! There is free parking on site, but it was almost always busy in the evening. Rooms were clean. Excellent location.

Wonderful
The location for its price was good/fair. Staff was responsive and helpful. I made a mistake with dates and called them the day I was supposed to check in to change the date to the correct date, and they were very accommodating & quick to help me get it fixed. Free parking was a plus! The rooms were nice, clean, and decently sized for its price.
The restroom was very tight. But that was just a minor issue.

Located on a quiet street just east of The Presideo. The area is within 10 minutes walk of Marina Green and the many eateries on Chestnut Street in the Marina District. The walk through Marina District early evening and later return felt safe The friendly staff recommened using Uber to go downtown, and that worked out as around $12 each way. Parking on-site is limited to around 8 or 10 spaces, but on street is available - as with any large city it would be unwise to leave property in a vehicle parked on-street.
