The staff was super nice. We arrived early and they let us check right in. The facility is well cared for and clean. We parked our car there, walked everywhere and always felt safe. This is a motor in, not some super bougie hotel, but it was nice, clean and quiet. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stretch their travel budget.

It’s in the middle of everything, e.g. Chinatown, financial district, ferry building,…
Ask for a quiet room and you won’t hear any noise. I’ve enjoyed my stay very much and felt safe during my stay.
It’s a little outdated, but very clean. Carpet on the floor.

There were plenty of lights and mirrors in the room, good bed. Nice, helpful folks. Location great, at intersection of Chinatown and North Beach. Our room ơn 4th floor had a view of Bay Bridge!

Location, location, location
We love the free parking while using the inn. The proximity to China Town helps us to reach the Lunar New Year Fair in a matter of 5-10 minutes. We went to a nearby restaurant for dinner and to an almost adjacent bakery/store where we can order so many varieties of Chinese snacks...
We will come back to this Inn and will spread the word around to friends.

This is a great option for visiting San Francisco - amazing location, included valet parking, clean rooms, feels safe and secure, good value.
It's a bit loud with street facing doors on a busy street so just be prepared (earplugs, etc.). And the bed could be more comfortable.

The street noise was awful. Our room faced the street, all night long we heard cars noise, people laughing or yelling in the streets, city emergency vehicles.

The location is AMAZING. You're pretty much inside Little Italy/Chinatown, and a 3min walk to North beach. There are grocery stores, bus routes, restaurants & cafes everywhere. Price for this location & amenities (free car parking) is unbeatable!!
The only issue was that since the doors open up to the parking lot (there are no indoor hallways), you pretty much hear everything outside. So if someone comes back late and slams their door or if they start talking loudly, no matter what floor they're on, you'll hear it.

We loved the central location and the friendly staff and the free parking!And we had a balcony to watch the sunset and rise. It was beautiful and fun to have Chinese breakfast down the road and an Italian, dinner in North Beach.
It's a little old, but it's clean.
