The position of the motel the inclusive car parking it was clan and the beds comfortable

The location is great, can walk everywhere from here.
We could hear absolutely everything from the street. No isolation whatsoever. Room was loud, cold, and had a weird lingering smell.

Disappointing
Rooms are really basic which is not an issue, the biggest issue was super bad smoking smell all time in the room and couldn't figure out where it is coming from, mostly from the heater vent. Also, room do not have a/c control so you can do something about smell, but it was hard to breath with very bad smoke smell all time. Rooms are too old and not maintain very well. Bathroom tiles were broken, carpet was super old.

Stayed right in the centre of China town, plenty of bars, restaurants within a few minutes walk. Free car parking space was a bonus. The room was clean.
The room was old and dated but did the job for the price we paid.

Location. Liked the exterior hallways outside my room. I liked that the rooms were behind a locked hallway door. I liked that I never had to get into an elevator.
There was no safe to lock my valuables.
