Exceptional
Love that I couldn’t hear anything or anyone during this hotel stay, it was peaceful and quiet. I was in a room away from the road. They had elevators available to get to your room. The room was nice and clean, shower had great water pressure and got warm quickly. No AC but it was not needed, the heater was great since it got cold at night. Staff allowed us to check in early. Overall great hotel and nice staff

Exceptional
We stayed for 3 nights while visiting San Francisco. The hotel is a bit dated, but very clean, quiet, and feels safe. Facilities are well maintained and work just fine. It’s right in the heart of Chinatown—lively in the mornings and evenings, with lots of food and shopping nearby. You can even see the Transamerica Pyramid from the courtyard. Free, spacious, and secure parking is a huge plus. The owner and front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Wonderful
The location and parking are the best features of this hotel. The staff was very friendly also. This is the 4th time we’ve stayed here and we’ll continue to stay in the future.
Wish there was a microwave in our room to heat up our leftovers from the incredible restaurants nearby, minor detail though.

Conveniently located in Chinatown and near the edge of Little Italy it was well suited to walk to around the local area as a tourist.
The room was clean and the reception staff friendly.
The room was very outdated, and the front door wasn't very sturdy so it didn't feel the safest. We were also in a room next to a children's nursery/school that was on the adjacent lot, so past 8am it was very noisy.

The room itself is big, the high floor.
There are restaurants and supermarket nearby.
The receptionists provided valuable travel information.
It about 20 minutes walk from Fisherman's Wharf.
The location, there are many homeless people nearby including coming to the parking lot of the hotel when I arrived in the morning.
The streets nearby are dirty, you don’t feel safe in that area, and it is certainly not a place to go around at night, even in the day it was unpleasant.
The hotel doesn’t provide body wash liquid soap, but only a soap that you can use for hands cleaning, so I bought one at a nearby pharmacy.
The towels that I received at the first day were with long hair, so after I told the receptionist they changed my towels.
Rooms decoration are very basic, brown carpets, walls of bathrooms are not clean and the light in the bathroom was very dim.
There are static noises that are coming from the frigate, heather, or something in the installation of the walls.
You can hear the nearby children play garden during the day and early evenings.

The location of this hotel is the best thing about The Royal Pacific Motor Inn!!! On the edge of both Chinatown and North Beach! This is the 4th time I’ve stayed there!
I wish we would’ve had a microwave to heat up our left overs from Original Joes.

If you want to visit Chinatown it is a great location. Cheap compared to most places. Nothing fancy but great for a night or two. Staff were very nice
