The price.
I have stayed here many times but this was the last straw. The cleaning staff is rude. I asked for extra towels several times and never received any. The lock on my door broke and it took the staff over an hour to find the master key which they could not figure out how to use. Finally, I was able to get the key to work myself. I was told I needed to switch rooms and would not have to pay for that night because of all the trouble (and I’m down playing it). The next day the two people who told me I would not have to pay said they never said that and I was charged. I was a loyal customer but now I won’t go back again. It’s no longer worth the trouble.

The room makes you pray you won’t catch something lethal.
