The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was very clean, especially the bed and bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything one would expect in a hotel room. The shower had excellent water pressure and the bed was comfortable.
It's not a business travel quality hotel. I didn't feel safe. The latch of the door to my room barely reached the lock as there's a significant gap. I didn't want to leave any valuables (e.g., computer) behind because it looks like you could easily break into the room. The "inn" was also a bit misleading. It felt more like a parking garage converted a couple floors to rooms. Hearing car doors open/close, and alarms going off was common. I could also hear everything outside the hall like people walking by, talking. Probably because the door didn't really close.

Disappointing
Check in process was easy. Room was relatively quiet for the area. Had air conditioning.
Room was very run down and not cleaned well. Hairs and dirt/ dust on floor, stains and random holes in wall. Could feel every spring in the mattress and the bed sheets were the most horrible feeling polyester.

Just waiting for the deposit hold of $100 to be released. I know most motels do this.

Staff are friendly, and the parking is free, cheap for the location.
Elevators are not working, the lights close to the door keeps on turming on, key cards are not working, I had to change it 3 times. The front door is hard to open.

parking - motel firms it as a free parking, but in reality there is only 12 parking spaces, when the amount of rooms is almost doubled (there was no space for us 2 per 3 times we needed to park). A lot of homeless people nearby.

Worked fine for our stay. Place to sleep and then get going with visiting the city.
Bonus: Pronto pizza half-block east serves until midnight and very tasty!

Location was good to go around
The room smelled like mold, the more we looked around the dirtier it was. Not a fan. The TV control was sticky, there were finger prints on the mirror, unclean spots on the bathroom, hair in my bathroom towel.

The staff were kind.
The elevator wasn’t working, so it was difficult to carry our heavy bags upstairs.

Staff was nice.
We were on the third floor, and the elevator didn't work. Floor was sticky in the room. I believe the shampoo they provide is just dish soap refilled into tiny bottles.
