The room was spotless with comfy beds and a lovely shower. The location was perfect, a nice 15 minute leisurely stroll to the sea-front and all other amenities. The staff were very friendly and they let us store our bags before and after check-in.

It was close to the areas we wanted to go to.
To start, a day before arriving to hotel I received an email saying our credit card was declined and so I had to rebook the same room for a higher price just so we had accommodation. On arrival we waited for about 15min for someone to serve us as there was no one at front desk. Then we had to pay $300 security bond and he didn’t want to accept our credit card which it was the same card we rebooked the room the previous day. Every time they clean room it would smell of Indian sense. Front door didn’t lock and put our belongings at risk being stolen during the day when we were out. Every time cleaner cleaned the room, she left the door unlocked. Brought it to the manager’ s attention and then he came out after 7 pm with drill to fix and spent over an hour with no results. He said he will send maintenance guys out for next morning when we were out but we returned the door was left unlocked by cleaner and the door was never fixed. Tv was lagging all the time at night when we try to watch tv. Low water pressure for showers. When we came back to hotel one night, all parking bays were full. I had to park by another hotel 3 blocks away. All and all not worth the money. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Easy check in process and friendly staff. Room was serviced in between for our two night stay with lovely staffer.
Very busy Hotel, noise from next door and from unit above. Bring ear plugs and request a room on top floor

Staff and Location was great!!
Booking.com’s reservations got everybody mixed up in many ways which was frustrating after driving 7 hours. But the staff at the front desk cleared it all up and got a better room.
