Staff and Location was great!!
Booking.com’s reservations got everybody mixed up in many ways which was frustrating after driving 7 hours. But the staff at the front desk cleared it all up and got a better room.

The room had everything we needed. Housekeeping were friendly and kept the place clean. The location was good, walkable to Fisherman's Wharf and Barracks. Bus stop out the front made transport easy. They accommodated us with a late check out as our flight was leaving late.
When we arrived to check in no one was at the front desk, calling the number and ringing the bell did not raise anyone either. The printed info sheet reived at check in seemed out of date and distances underestimated.

La Casa Inn was conveniently located to public transportation, Hop On Hop Off bus and within a reasonable walking distance to lots of sights. The hotel itself was quiet and kept very clean. We didn't need much during our stay but a couple of extras pillows which were brought to our room right away. Amenities were perfect with a mini fridge and microwave. Cute coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance and a great convenience store just around the corner. Would definitely stay there again while visiting.

Good location for visiting Fisherman's area. Not so many steep hills around, so easy to walk with strollers.
Very bad noise isolation, you can hear everything that is happening around.
