Location
Small, there was mise running around outside at the same level we were staying right beside our room door step. I checked in at 11 pm. and the checkout was at 11 am next morning but they were knocking my door at 9:30 am while I was asleep asking for checkout, I didn't understand why as the lady who was knocking the door couldn't speak English, she was speaking Spanish which I didn't understand a word except "checkout". It was really inconvenient.

Pleasant accommodation located near several bus stops. Breakfast options in the area are not very diverse, but you can easily get some coffee and pastries nearby. The room was clean and fairly spacious. The bed was very comfortable. No street noise could be heard.
The only window in the room is located to the main corridor - so people are passing by it.

The room was spacious and aesthetically pleasing.
They don’t provide irons for clothing and some stuff was damaged. I tried placing a towel on a wall hook and it fell off.

It was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for the night.
The sink was outside the bathroom so that was kind of inconvenient. The hotel is also located on a busy street so it was noisy.

We stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great and super convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, with a TV that had YouTube and Netflix. Housekeeping came every day, which we really appreciated.
What we didn’t like was that the blanket and bedsheets were uncomfortable. It would also be nice if the room had slippers and a kettle for convenience. Overall it was great stay!

Great location, rooms were clean and you can see that renovated not long ago, comfy beds, a little bit loud AC.
Free parking was super cool considering most places have a high parking fee in SF! And our receptionist Benny was super helpful in everything we needed
