Only a nice design.
It wasn't clean between the beds as it was smelling like someone threw up and they didn't properly clean it. We asked for a spray. They gave us one, but we needed to go downstairs and pick it up ourselves. We also complained about the shower not having hot water (and it was a cold night). They didn't do anything about it. As they didn't have another room and it was late, we needed to stay in the same room. We asked for a refund in the same moment as well as in the morning (so we talked to 2 people), they reassured us that it is possible, but we would have to communicate with the booking.com support. When the support contacted them, the hotel didn't answer at all. So we only got a small refund from booking directly, but they can only give 10%. When the hotel finally answered to my message to please get back to me or the support to give us a refund, this was the answer: "type booking.com support in google you will find the support team over there". Okay wow, thank you very much for nothing! Very rude, unprofessional, they just didn't care and just lied to our face about the refund. Thank god it was only a one night stay. The room really looked nice, it was not a cheap hotel, but for sure they are acting like one! I hope booking will give them some kind of restriction. NOT recommended at all.

I was very impressed with the hotel, its so clean, it is very comfortable, has USB outlets even a type C charger outlet!
The room is very comfortable and the stay was very pleasant. The location is exceptionally nice, it is a shy few blocks from the crooked Lombard St. the piers are all walking distance also.
I would definitely choose those hotel in my future trips to SF.

Lovely clean and modern room. Good shower and comfortable bed. WiFi was good speed. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Lift didnt work when we were leaving, so had to carry bags downstairs.

The room appears to have been recently renovated, being in excellent condition and with beautiful decoration. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was excelent. Besides all these, the location is excelent, close to most major tourist attractions (Lombard Street, Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, Ghirardelli Square, Gonden Gate Bridge, Cable Cars), all whithin walk distance.
The parking lot is very small and it's possible to don't have space for cars of all guests if the hotel is crowded, but we could reach a parking place for all time we were hosted there.
